Dad, I have found a refuge here, a way to express my thoughts and emotions: a diary. A place where I can be myself, without fear of being judged or misunderstood, just like when I was a child.
Who among us would not want to work in a company that allows you to be 100% yourself in total freedom and without feeling judges?
At Cisco Italia this happens thanks to the communities that have sprung up spontaneously. These realities allow employees to express themselves naturally just as happens in theirs own diary.
